Attorney Bindra holds a B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
Attorney Bindra has been with our firm for 10 years and works primarily in our Jackson Heights and Richmond Hill, New York offices. She handles various family-based and employment-based Immigration cases. She specializes in preparing immigration waiver cases. She has also represented clients before Immigration Court and USCIS in adjustment, naturalization and Stokes interviews.
